Working with our developer client Adam, the Good Work Team designed a structure to maximize lot lines + the space available inside each unit. Adam loved it so much he moved in and asked us to style his new digs.

Both the space + the inhabitant called for a masculine approach that plays well with the finishes used in the architecture: sleek wood and slab-grade concrete. We found the Article sofa on Facebook Marketplace — the cognac leather is a beautiful compliment to the colors and textures already inside, while providing a soft space to crash.
